Sales
So you might be interested in buying something that I have made. You saw it here, or maybe (doubtful) on Instagram, or maybe (likely) on Twitter.
Here is what to do:
- Note that this a hobby for me, not a business. But also be aware that I really do care about the work that I do, so you will get the best that I can possibly do. If anything goes wrong we can surely work it out.
- Send me an email at
pentronik [at] pentronik [dot] art
. Include a link to the tweet, the page, the instagram, the whatever, of what you are interested. If you have to, take a picture with your phone and attach it to the email. - If we’re all clear on what you are interested it, I’ll tell you the options (sizes) and the price for the work itself. Taking a cue from @dutchplotter’s conditions of sale page, I will also provide an up front cost of shipping. If this isn’t what you want to do, we can exit the transaction at this point with no hard feelings or any other consequences.
- When we have an agreed price and work to provide, I will begin plotting. You will wire the funds to me. Standard services are accepted (Western Union, Venmo, Paypal, whatever). When I have the funds, I will ship the work to you.
- I’ll use strong packaging to ensure it gets to you safely.
- Note that while I do use a plotter to produce each work, and excellent paper and pens, the materials are very analog. Each plot will be unique and have variations. Be assured that anything that I don’t consider acceptable will be rejected in my quality control process. Any remaining “imperfections” are part of the texture of the work and what make your purchase unique. No one else will have those variations!
- Should anything happen during shipping, I’ll make it right.
Many thanks to @dutchplottr for putting together such sensible ground rules that I could base mine off of. Thanks!
