The back has a quote by Mencius:

The compass & square produce perfect circles and squares. By the sages, the human relations are perfectly exhibited.

It has a fitting contrast between the abstract-ness that is often the subject of plotter artworks, and humanity of relating to each other which is on fine display in the plotter Twitter community. The interaction of the pair of off-concentric circles seem to reflect these ideas. The circle’s symbolizing the sun is a nice tie in for these dark winter days.
